Our highly specialized staff is capable of providing trenchless technology solutions for your project when open trenching of utlitites is not an option.(i.e. Jack & Bore, Directional Boring, Pilot Tubes, Utility Repairs through pipe bursting and jacking). With our new technology, we have the ability to minimize impact to traffic and reduce construction cost with specialized jacking equipmment designed to jack new product lines through existing utility pipes between manholes eliminating the need to open cut existing roadways for utility installation. Our clients consist of City, County and State Municipaltities; MLG&W utility provider; Industrial companies; railway and transportation entities; as well as private and commercial development.

Chuck heads our White Construction & Associates division. He has a degree in Civil Engineering from The Universoity of Memphis and has over 30 years experience in the construciton industry. He has served as President of AGC of West Tennessee for the past 6 years and takes pride in helping to promote Healthy Business practices in the construction industry with a foundation in ethics and integrity.
He grew up in the construction industry and developed skills in business management, field operations and construction management that were passed down from his father, Charlie White and a talented group of industry professionals that helped develop our company into what it is today.
He is an outdoor enthusiast and as a single parent, he and his son Reagan enjoy Hunting, Fishing, Camping and Motorcross. Beyond his love for the outdoors, he enjoys urban ministries and he is deeply involved with "Hearts for Hope", which is a campaign to support urban ministries in the Memphis region by providing financial assinstance and mentorship programs for our youth. He also spends much of his spare time playing rhythm guitar, vocals and writing music. He plays solo acoustic at several venues around Memphis and enjoys staying in touch with his Christian roots by playing most Sundays at Byhalia United Methodis Church.
Thomas C. Sander (Tommy)

Tommy heads our Memphis Road Boring division and is a licensed professional engineer who has been working in the construction industry for over 20 years. After graduating from the University of Memphis with a degree in Civil Engineering, Tommy began working with White Contracting, Inc. as a surveyor, and project manager under the mentoring of Charlie White, Tommy and Chuck co-founded White Construction and Associates, Inc. in 2008 and later purchased Memphis Road Boring, Inc. Tommy's expererince and engineering background have helped us to further develope Memphis Road Boring, Inc with cutting edge technology that can provide our client base with cost effective ways to install, repair or replace existing utility lines with minimal impact to traffic. His engineering seminars have been very popular with the local engineering community and have provided new design ideas to meet their needs.
Tommy enjoys fishing, mountain biking/cycling, the outdoors and spending his free time with his wonderful wife and three beautiful daughters. Most of his free time is spent sharing in the shuttling responsibilities of his daughters to their activities i.e. (Gymnastics, Track, Soccer, Horseback riding)

Courtney has been working in the industry for about 8 years and joined our team in 2016. She handles our accounts receivables, accounts payable, payroll. Courtney and her husband Ryan have two wonderful daughters and a sweet little boy. They enjoy family time with the kids, swimming, and the outdoors.
