Enclave Subdivision

The Enclave is a Clark & Clark residential development we constructed in 2005. This project overlooks the Wolf River eco-system full of abundant wildlife. It was an environmentally sensitive project, that presented many challenges. Due to its location, and it's potential impact on the surrounding area, it required extensive care and attention to detail to successfully construct this project with minimal impact to the environment.

This project consisted of extensive earthwork, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, water, base and paving, roadway stabilization, curb and gutter, and erosion control all of which were performed with our residential champion team and our trusted alliance members.
