Osmose, Inc.

White Construction & Associates, Inc. performed the installation of the embankment and site grading for the CNIC Spur line that services the Osmose, Inc. Facility in Millington, TN.  Initially this project was out of budget and due to unsuitable soil conditions based on its location if a low land drainage basin.  Our staff was able to review the project, identify their needs and developed a design and solution.  The existing soils were saturated and full of organic material.  We were able to remove the organic soils, stabilize the high moisture soils with lime and bridge the unstable areas with oversized stone and geotextile fabric to provide a suitable foundation for this spur line.  Our staff specializes in helping to provide cost effective solutions to difficult problems that may be encountered during construction.
