Houston Levee Road

In 2004, Shelby County relied on White Construction to construct this proposed roadway from Winchester to
Bailey Station in Collierville, Tennessee.

The project took approximately a year and a half to complete and consisted of earthwork, storm sewer, base
and paving, curb and gutter, and erosion control.
