Twin Oaks

This was another one of our Bill Dance Signature Lakes.

It was a 27 acre lake that had severe seepage problems and only held approximately two acres of water. After extensive engineering and soils analysis, we developed a design to reconstruct the existing levee and partnered with Seepage Control to create an economical solution to the problem.

After completion of this project, we were able to provide our client with an esthetically pleasing and functional amenity to maximize their recreational property.
